"Well...have a big infestation of cockroaches, the room was "clean" but when you turn off lights... is a big problem, the hallways are really dirty and smelly, is not a healthy place to be a hotel, really they need to fix this problem ASAP or city vome and make an inspection, personal was very kind but this is a big problem not personel problem"

"Upon entering, Jennifer set the stage for an excellent visit. She was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I requested a quiet room, and she placed my wife and I on the third floor which was an excellent recommendation. The room was very clean and stocked properly. The first night the A/C was a little weak and when I told Jennifer the next morning, she immediately provided a fan which worked fantastic... resulting in a second cold night. The breakfast was more than adequate, not just cereal, donuts and waffles but real sausage and scrambled eggs also. Over other hotels in the area I would highly recommend this hotel. Thanks, Jennifer, for the great two nights and caring for your customers!"
