  • This Modern Country Cabin is in the perfect location for business or pleasure, 3 days or 3 months, enjoy true Texas flavor. The cabin is fully furnished. It has a full kitchen complete with cookware and dishes. It also features a washer and dryer. As beautiful as the inside is you will want to relax on the huge front porch enjoy nature and maybe even some star gazing next to a small campfire.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and return the keys
Leave key on the kitchen table. Don't forget to log out of your app on the TV,
Trash goes in the big black trash can out front. If you have a pet make sure to put the trash bag of poo in the big black can also.
If you want to strip the bed and start the laundry you can but it is not required.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

EXTENDED STAYS Any time 14 days or more is considered extended stay. Must visit in person or on facetime and case by case only.
Must have at least five 5 star reviews. If you have never booked through a booking site before just communicate with me and we can work it out.
PETS: Ask me to send you the rules on pets. Add each pet to your stay. $75.00 pet fee per pet per stay.
