"When I arrived, the front desk gal was stressing due to not being able to locate their 2nd shuttle driver. When it was my turn to be checked in, she waived her hand to come hither versus greet with a smile and a welcome. I was there for a convention. Property is decent and convenient to SeaTac. Only real walkable restaurant is Spencers Steak House on property. Not bad and bit overpriced but the servers were awesome. Very friendly and accommodating. Banquet staff were also friendly and responsive as well as helpful. Overall the stay was pleasant. Rooms were outdated a bit. Fitness Ctr is on other side of hotel lobby and only way to access is to walk through the banquet halls, which is a bit weird especially when you are at a convention and trying to be incognito from clients and colleagues. Decent place for a work thing, but wouldn't be a first choice to stay in the Seattle area. "

"The heater was so loud that we had to turn it off. It needs to be updated. Convenient location for early flights. The shuttle to the airport was super helpful and no wait. "

"Customer service was amazing. The front desk lady was very helpful and knowledgeable. We checked in quickly and scheduled the shuttle to the airport next morning for the parents. The cost-benefit for their stay was great, we’ll definitely use this hotel again if future travel plans include Seattle."

"The check in process took about 45 minutes. There was an automated check in person, no real person staffed. The machines were slow and there was a long line. I appreciate new technology, this just wasn’t smooth at all. Try again next time. "
