"This place was so nice, clean and quiet. Just what I was looking for. It has been updated with all the latest things and even has a coffee maker and kettle for your use at any time during your stay in a shared hallway. I had a little balcony that I got to watch the sunset every nice which was lovely. Even better was the host as she helped me with some of my needs that I asked her for. I feel she went way above what she had to for me. I would stay here again if I were to visit Follonica again. "

"Nice place. Simple and clean. Beach is 2 mins from the apartments. It’s a dog beach and is nice. Not the best in the area but certainly good enough for a quick escape to the beach. "We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Villa Maremma and couldn’t recommend it more highly. It was the perfect home base for our family vacation in Tuscany.The grounds are beautiful, peaceful, and incredibly private. The pool was a huge highlight, especially for the kids, who spent hours in it and loved all the pool toys provided.The location was also perfect. Castiglione della Pescaia, with its beautiful beaches and charming town, is only about 18 minutes away. We also took day trips to Siena, Florence, and Pisa, all less than two hours from the villa.What made our stay particularly memorable, though, was Italo. He was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay and went above and beyond to make our trip special. Traveling with a large family can make planning meals and activities complicated, but Italo arranged some fantastic dining experiences for us and organized a wonderful visit and tour at the nearby Tenuta La Badiola vineyard. His recommendations and help made everything feel effortless.Villa Maremma gave us exactly what we hoped for from Tuscany: privacy, beautiful surroundings, pool and beach days, incredible food, and easy access to explore the region.
