"Room was filthy, mold on the ceilings, all of the bed side tables had water damage. There was mold in bathroom and around doorframe of the room. We saw a mouse in our room twoce and when I approached the hotel on it i was told it was normal for this time of year and to start worrying when i see one of the big rats. The rooms phone didnt work. The plug sparked at me when i plugged in my phone. My mother in laws room had a hole in the ceiling and mold around the hole. We found mold in all 3 of the rooms we booked. All 3 had mice issues and we were told that since booked through 3rd party we had to go thru them to get refunded. "
