"The property is nice and very convenient if you need a place to stay in Bauan. It is not fully open yet and they are on their soft opening stage. Seems like the staff are still learning the ropes of hotel operations. Pool could get busy with all the conventions and team building activities. Friendly staff though and quick to address any concerns. Looking forward to when they are fully operational."
"The hotel is absolutely beautiful and the staff are all wonderful. However, for SEA, it’s priced like a luxury hotel without providing the amenities typically found at a luxury hotel."
"Pool was almost as advertised just wasn’t as hot as we expected. Basically room temp. Our internet was horrible. Kept kicking us off and couldn’t watch live tv because it would stop a lot. Place was beautiful and the staff was excellent. But for the price I was expecting a bit more of no hassle room issues. They do have free chauffeur service in local area and the staff was super helpful. "
"Truly a hidden gem nestled in nature's embrace. From the moment you step foot onto the premises, you are greeted with breathtaking landscapes and a tranquil atmosphere that puts your mind at ease.
The resort offers a wide array of activities and amenities for guests of all ages. Whether you're looking to explore the vast gardens, take a dip in the sparkling pool, or simply relax in one of their cozy cottages, there is something for everyone here.

"Very good and friendly Staff and service is very good. Lots of choice for breakfast and the hotel bake bread is very nice. good size rooms good value for money "
"Friendly lobby staff. The dive center was helpful. Tried to eat at restaurant, ended up going to nearby places as didn’t like the restaurant service. The lace was busy. One server told us we can use one of the tables once the cleaned it as prior diners just left. But then another server came in and put a reserved sign on the table. There was no coordination among servers and I hear some other people comping on the wait to get food so we didn’t want to wait for a table and went somewhere else.
The KTV was nice. You get 1 hour free per day. Also the massage service was great. "
