"What a fabulous place to stay. The staff are friendly and welcoming. The pub and the outdoor areas are wonderful the food and drinks plentiful and delicious. We stayed in Bluebell room which had everything you could possibly need including toiletries water tea/coffee iron in fact all you need is your clean undies 😂 added bonus we sat and watched the world cup final outside with a great bunch of people from all over the world. "Everything was wonderful EXCEPT no air conditioning so the whole hotel felt like a sauna (we were there during a heat wave in May) and they didn’t do table service for dinner so we had to order our food and drinks from the bar, which isn’t the end of the world but knocks a star off the rating. Room was super cute, well decorated, the bathroom was really nice, loved the shower and it was very clean. "The staff are really friendly and helpful, there’s a big car park and it’s in a great location. I wanted to say more positives but not sure I can. Breakfast is poor, portions are so small, they’d run out of loads of things, food was served still frozen and staff are super stressed and there clearly isn’t enough of them. The room is tiny. If two of you are staying with bags it’s really difficult and one of you is shuffling in a tiny gap to get in and out of bed. No bed side tables and no plugs...
