Holiday Apartment 'Wohnung 1' with Shared Garden and Wi-Fi

The seminar apartment in the center is idyllically located in the small village of Oberrimbach and offers plenty of space for groups, retreats, workshops, or family gatherings with up to twelve sleeping places. The light-flooded seminar room with a wide view over the Steigerwald and the adjoining balcony create an inspiring environment for working and relaxing together.



The apartment features four individually designed bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower, a separate toilet, and a large dining table in the seminar room. Towels are included. On request, you can use a professional catering kitchen and book breakfast; both are available upon request and for an additional fee.



You have exclusive use of the entire apartment – including the seminar room and balcony. The outdoor area with fire bowl and seating behind the house is also freely available. Additional rooms in the seminar center can be accessed by arrangement.



The house is a place for encounters: seminars and workshops are held here regularly. You are welcome to participate or plan your own events – the on-site team is happy to assist you.



The surrounding area, with its forests, meadows, and trails, invites you to go on excursions on foot, by bike, or on horseback. If you wish, you can even bring your own horse – there is a small stable with four horses on the property.



Despite the quiet location, Oberrimbach is well connected: via the nearby motorway, you can reach Würzburg, Nuremberg, and Bamberg in under an hour.
