"The Bastion is located in town, almost next to the John Frost Bridge and the Catherdral and about 10 mintues walk to the station. The staff were always really helpful and friendly. We had a great room with lots of space at the rear of the property and it was very quiet. I'd definitely recommend for a handy stay. "

"The place was spotlessly clean, in a good neighborhood, well-equipped and convenient to a grocery store and to bus travel into Arnhem center. The only negatives were that it was a little chilly, and the lighting system (with remotes) didn't seem to operate. There is a microwave and stove top but no oven. The stairs are very steep and the bathroom areas are downstairs with the bedroom up, so not suitable for anyone with limited mobility. The communication with the host was excellent. The couch/bed is very comfortable."

"The place was clean and not hard to find, the one problem we had was the fact that the park gates close at 23:00 with no option to open them. we arrived late due to our flight being late, and one of the family members had an injury which made walking a very painful experience and yet we had to walk to the other side of the park (where our unit was) with no option to drive there."
