My only complaints are that there was a faint, odd smell when we first got there (I didn't notice it after the first couple hours), some of the lights flickered, and one of the bedside table lamps was unplugged (not a big deal, but there weren't a lot of outlets, and I would have needed to move the bed/bedframe away from the wall to plug it in). "As other reviews have stated, the house was very clean. It rained while we were there, so we didn’t get to use the fire pit in the back like we wanted to but it was a cute area. "Quiet neighborhood, clean house with plenty of space to enjoy a family gathering. The kitchen was suppled with everything needed for cooking. The pool and backyard area is great. We enjoyed swimming. Our only suggestion is to update some areas and provide luggage holders in rooms for suitcases, first aide kit, and exterminate multiple fire ant mounds."

We had the top floor with construction occurring on the bottom. "We truly enjoyed the house! We found everything we needed. All of the furniture was clean and comfortable. The backyard was perfect for our dog. It was a short walk to the beach. We also loved the cart and chairs. The view from the deck was incredible. I would highly recommend this house!"
