Absolutely lovely property in a great location. The staff were fantastic and friendly. The roof top bar on top of the hotel is magnificent. Located on the Grand Canal, very close to the Rialto Bridge and close proximity to so many great restaurants, cafes and bars. Welcoming drink voucher given to have in their small bar. Venice not the best for negotiating with big bags! Walkable from St.Lucia station or water taxi possible at a cost. To get to St Marco Square is 30mins and pass Rialto Bridge on way if take right walking way! Lots of great museums to visit.
