"The property and service atr this establishment was outstanding. The only 2 things were; 1. The housekeeper left 2 strings of hair in the toilet while cleaning by accident. 2. There was an emergency water shut down for 15-20 minutes (Could not flush toilet but had running water in sink). Overall, the place was great and everyone was friendly and accommondating."

"The staff went above and beyond day after day, they were fantastic and the service was incredible. The breakfast was excellent and the Italian Restaurant, Cucina had amazing food, and service, they went out of their way everytime to make our visits a memorable experience. "

"We loved staying in the suite here the rooms were enormous and renovated and new. The staff were excellent and room was also soundproof if you’re by a pool and worried about kids being noisy. The hotel was very accommodating of our unusual arrival and departure hours for our 12 hour Dubai layover during the day. Spa and club room were a little tired looking and food range that you get quite limited. That part didn’t feel luxurious while the rest of the property did. Also liked it was next door to the new Atlantis so you can explore and enjoy restaurants there too. "
