Nestled in the hills near Montalcino, this 12–14 guest villa offers panoramic views, pool, daily housekeeping, and the quiet luxury of full privacy across 600 private hectares.

Accommodating up to 14 guests across seven elegant bedrooms, the villa offers:

Two Grand Suites – one on the ground floor and one upstairs, each with generous space and private en-suite bathroom.

Four Superior Rooms, all with en-suite bathrooms and refined furnishings.

One Independent Ground-Floor Room, fully accessible and ideal for guests with reduced mobility.

Every room is air-conditioned and designed for rest and serenity.

At the heart of the house lies a beautifully restored former horse stable, now transformed into a 100 m² open-plan living and dining space. Its high ceilings, arches, and natural materials create a warm and inviting atmosphere. A fully equipped modern kitchen and a chic liquor bar make this the perfect setting for family gatherings or evenings with friends.

Surrounded by centuries-old oak trees, Villa Aiale features a 15-meter private pool, panoramic lawns, and shaded areas for reading or enjoying a glass of wine.

I spent four incredible nights at Villa Aiale, and it was beyond all expectations. Traveling in the off-season, I didn’t anticipate the villa to be even more stunning than the photos, but it truly was.The interiors are elegant and comfortable, with spacious bedrooms, beds of the highest quality, and luxurious bathrooms with massive showers.
