Beautiful Villa with pool and barbecue. Air coditioner in all the house. Totally private finca surrounded by gardens with wonderful views of the mountains. Decorated with very good taste. It has 4 bedrooms with terrace and 3 bathrooms, one of them en suite. Only 12 minutes from Palma and beaches ... 12 minutes to Sóller, Puerto de Sóller, Valldemossa, Deia, Santa María ... The house is surrounded by mountains in the area of Sa gouge, with 8. 000 meters of grounds and gardens where peace and tranquility is breathed. Just 200 meters from the Equestrian Club Sa Gouge. Possibility of horse riding and equestrian organize family outings. Ponies for children. Situated in an idyllic location in Mallorca, the Tramuntana, declared World Heritage by UNESCO in the category of Cultural Landscape.
