lovely vacation

Fantastic house, very beautiful both inside and out and well functioning. The location just south of Bunyola in the middle between Palma and Soller is excellent. A small minus was that there were some doors that were binding and needed an overhal. The same apples to the small gate to the road.

Beautiful villa for a family holiday

This has been our second time staying at S’alzinaret and it now feels like a second home to us. The villa is large, spacious, clean and comfortable. There was plenty of space for 12 of us for the week. The pool is a good size and pool towels and a lovely welcome hamper were provided. The air con works well. Ricardo the owner is a pleasure to deal with as was the management company . The kitchen is very well equipped. We love this house and are planning on coming back next year.

A very good choice

Very well appointed house. Lots of space for eight adults. Fabulous swimming pool and terrace . Carmen is helpful and on the phone if you need her. Although being in a residential area it had a feeling of seclusion and privacy. Car is essential but beaches on the north coast reached in 45 mins and the pretty Port de Soller 20 mins away. We were all very happy staying in this delightful property.

Group stay for a wedding

9 of us stayed at this property as we were attending a wedding on the island, and we were completely blown away. The villa is so much better than shown in the pictures. It was incredibly clean, the check in process was so easy and the host was always available at the end of the phone. We had one small issue with a leak on one of the bathroom sinks and the host was round within the hour to fix it. All the amenities were brilliant, this villa has everything, the kitchen had everything you needed and we used the outside barbecue a couple of times too. The pool is brilliant and a great size, we had some friends over one night for dinner and there was 13 of us using the pool and it was great. The location is only really accessible by car, we pre-booked taxis to get to the wedding which worked fine. But a local shop is not walkable so a car is necessary to get to that and the airport, but it wasn’t an issue. We really enjoyed being cut off from everything, it is so quiet in the surrounding area it was perfect for us. We wouldn’t hesitate in staying where again!

Lovely week with all the family. Ricardo easy to contact and sorted out the very minor issues we had immediately ie rubbish didn’t get collected, but Ricardo sorted this out straight away. Lovely pool and large table outside with loads of room for all the family. Wish we could have stayed longer ….

Family vacation for daughters wedding

We had the most wonderful stay at the villa with some of our immediate family before attending our daughters wedding at a nearby finca. It was truly fabulous. The surroundings are spectacular and the accommodation was perfect for the size of our party (varying between 5 - 9 adults, & 1 toddler & a 7 month old). Would recommend this lovely place.

Quintessential Private Italian Villa With Large Pool

Our group had 6 people and this villa was perfect! We loved the full covered porch on the back side of the property overlooking the lush greenery, mountains and gorgeous pool (a bit chilly but refreshing!). We enjoyed dinners on the long tables inside and outside. We loved the flexibility of the floorplan which allowed for privacy, especially the upstairs terrace which had incredible 270° views of the mountains. We had a memorable stay and hope to return!

Mallorcan paradise

My wife, sister, children and grandchildren all had a fabulous week's holiday at S'Alzarinet. The accommodation is ideally suited to a large family and the domestic facilities are excellent. We made full use of the wonderful swimming pool and the table-tennis along with alfresco dining in the courtyard from the barbecue and wood-fired oven. The extensive garden is a haven for local flora, butterflies and birds, including a family of Flycatchers that danced in the branches overhanging the pool.

Extremes nice Finka

The House Looks way better in real life than on the photos. The pool is big and you got a very nice Terrace with a very nice view. The only bad thing is that the bus from the finka to Palma always Costs 4.5€, so a car is convenient. Still the House was extremely nice and the host is a very nice person.

Phenomenal villa for a wedding stay

My husband and I were getting married in Mallorca and needed a villa to stay with our wedding party for pre/post wedding celebrations & relaxing. This is the PERFECT villa for a small group. There was 12 of us + a toddler and it couldn’t have worked better. The pool and outdoor space is beautiful, the bbq area & courtyard is gorgeous. We had multiple BBQs, family dinners and an evening of drinks with our extended family and friends. Ricardo was great at allowing us to host a small gathering the night before the wedding and the entire process was very easy, excellently communicated throughout our stay and check in/out was great. We couldn’t have wished for a more special, perfect location to celebrate our wedding week. Thank you!!

Perfect family holiday 10/10

We spent a brilliant week in Sa Coma. The villa was beautiful and even better in real life than the photos. The views over the Serra de Tramuntana mountain range are stunning. The pool is clean and a great size for our 2 families. There was more than enough space inside and out for the 9 of us, in fact we didn’t even make use of all the outdoor areas. The villa is in a quiet residential area but feels secluded and not overlooked at all. It’s about a 15 minute drive from the mountain villages of Valldemossa and Sóller and about 20 minutes from Palma and surrounding beaches. Ricardo was friendly, helpful and always responded immediately to any questions we had. We would highly recommend a stay here for anyone visiting Mallorca and look forward to our next stay.

Schöne Finca an ruhiger Lage

Wir durften sehr erholsame Tage in der Finca geniessen. Das Haus liegt in einem ruhigen Villenviertel, es braucht ein Auto um dahin zu kommen. Die Aussenanlage ist sehr schön, leider fehlt die Sitzlounge welche auf den Inseratbildern angebildet ist. Die Einrichtung hätte vielleicht mal eine Auffrischung nötig und so kleine Details könnten repariert werden, zum Beispiel Badezimmertür welche nicht zugemacht werden kann. Schön wäre eine Klimaanlage in der Küche, da es dort immer sehr heiss ist, ansonsten hat es überral eine Klimaanlage. Dies sind allerdings nur kleine Details, es hat uns sonst sehr gut gefallen.

Wunderschönes Haus mit allen Annehmlichkeiten

Wir waren 9 Erwachsene und haben unseren Sufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Lage ist sehr gut, 20 min nach Palma oder Port Soller. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön und alles ist sauber. Kücheneinrichting bietet alles, was das Herz begehrt. Wir haben Pizzas im Pizzaofen und eine Paella in der risesigen Paella-Pfanne gemacht. Riccardo als Gastgeber ist fantastisch, 2 kleinere Problem hat er innert 30 min gelöst. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert

Très bel endroit !

Nous avons énormément apprécié cette maison très confortable, très bien entretenue. Avec son grand jardin, sa piscine, sa terrasse, sa cuisine très bien équipée, sa climatisation, elle a tout pour rendre son séjour des plus agréables. Nous, nos amis et nos enfants, en garderons un excellent souvenir. Seul bémol : l’annonce ne précisait pas (en tout cas je n’ai rien vu à ce sujet) la taxe touristique de 2,5€ / personne / jour.
