Beautiful House Ca Madò Maria with views of Bunyola

An old Mallorcan stone house located in the Serra de Tramuntana, in the upper part of Bunyola, with magnificent views of the town.
The property
The house is located on the outskirts of town, very close to the centre of Bunyola, and offers beautiful views of the mountains. It is divided into two adjoining cottages for your exclusive use, each with a terrace, a Mediterranean garden, and a natural rock pool. The property is accessed from the parking area, which fits two cars, via a private entrance up a flight of stairs.
The main house on the left side of the building consists of a living-dining room with an open kitchen, a bedroom with two single beds and air conditioning, a modern bathroom with a shower, and a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer. The house on the right, which is not internally connected to the other house, features a large double bedroom with air conditioning and a full bathroom with a shower.
IMPORTANT: The two cottages are connected only from the outside. Therefore, families with young children can use the bedroom in the main house and the sofa bed in the living room if they want to stay close to the little ones.
Access is not suitable for people with disabilities due to the large number of stairs.

In front of the property, you’ll find outdoor furniture for al fresco dining, lounge chairs, and a small barbecue. The large outdoor pool will delight both children and adults alike. An oasis of peace for those seeking tranquility and wishing to spend an unforgettable holiday.

At the foot of the Serra de Tramuntana, an UNESCO World Heritage Site, Bunyola is synonymous with mountains and nature.
The property is located less than 30 minutes from the capital, near quiet beaches, and serves as a hub for cycling routes and numerous mountain trails, offering opportunities for hiking or climbing year-round.
The town hosts a traditional market on Wednesdays and Saturdays featuring seasonal produce and local crafts. It’s well worth climbing to the upper part of the town via “els pujadors”—stone stairways—to enjoy the wonderful views of Bunyola’s rooftops. In the lively town square, Sa Plaça, you can enjoy the nice weather with a refreshing drink or a snack on the terrace of one of the many bars and restaurants in the area.
The Sóller Train, an old wooden railway that winds through the most charming villages on the island of Mallorca, passes through the town of Bunyola. From the small station in Bunyola, you can take a trip back in time and travel through the Serra de Tramuntana—a UNESCO World Heritage Site—to the mountain village of Sóller and its charming harbour.
Eco-tax: A fee of 2 euros per person per day is charged upon arrival for guests over 16 years of age. From November through April: 0.50 euros per person per day.
Late check-in: Check-ins after 10:00 p.m. will incur a charge of 50€.
