"This is a beautiful old hotel property. It has great bones and the rooms have been updated and modernized nicely. That said, there are some very quirky aspects to the property. Firstly, there is no reception - just an automated machine that provides a key card. This means that there is no one to ask about parking, amenities etc. The second thing is that no one speaks English at all. The cleaning staff was very sweet but could not speak a word. We had to use Google Translate for all...

"Meine 4-köpfige Familie hatte einen fantastischen Urlaub. Es war sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Einfach toll. Wir haben alles ausprobiert,was die Unterkunft zu bieten hatte. Die Sauna, das Kanu, den Grill mehrfach. Der Zaun um das gesamte Grundstück hat uns Eltern ermöglicht auch mal zu entspannen,da keins der Kinder verloren gehen konnte. Wir haben mehrere Tage einfach nur in der Unterkunft verbracht, waren baden über den direkten Zugang zum Wasser und spielten im Garten. Wir bedanken uns herzlichst bei Herr Himmler und seiner Frau für die wunderbare Zeit,die wir hatten und kommen gerne wieder."
