"Perfect location in the middle of city centre, plenty of food options around the area, park nearby, bus stations nearby for seeing out of town. "New hotel, great staff.."

"This hotel is nothing like it reports to be, the room was big but old and run down, there were bugs in the bed and shower and the towels were filthy.... When I tried to explain that I had aroma booked the staff did not have a clue and when I tried to explain it was booked on line they suggested that I had booked the wrong hotel...... And tried to charge me again for something that I had already paid for."
