Really liked the spa and pool, especially the fact that it was salt water. Location was great, being able to walk down the stairs to the beach. They offered free bike hire and free paddle board hire.
A few negatives were when we arrived we discovered that the resort was under construction which was not mentioned when booking. We then had to navigate our way around scaffolding in a small parking lot. There was a hole in the cememt which the scaffoling was not containing properly and the front wheel of my tire went over the edge as i was trying to reverse park into a very small space. Then when i finally did park, the car next to me could not open their door. When we could not figure out where to park because it was not clearly signed we went back to ask the recrptionists who acted as if we were dumb and unimportant she did not offer any help and was abrupt. When i put a complaint in about her, the next day when we went to reception to ask to hire some equiptment she confronted us and asked why we said she was rude , then complianed to us that she had gotten in trouble with her boss due to our complaint. This made us very uncomfortable and not want to come back to this place ever again. The rooms were also very small and not what was pictured online when booking also very outdated. There was no lift which made it hard to carry luggage upstairs.
One positive was that from thursday onwards there was two lovely receptionists at the desk who made up for the rude one.
