"Nice clean, friendly hotel conveniently located a 8 min walk from the main train and bus station but don’t worry it’s on a quiet street and don’t hear the above. The breakfast is good and varied, the restaurant serves a wide variety of food to suit all tastes. The staff were friendly and helpful so I would recommend this hotel and when I’m back in Pune this will be my first port of call."

"The staff at the reception have always been friendly & helpful The service in the restaurant is avarage. I often had the impression, that some of the waiters are daydreaming. There was NO hot water available in room 110. I only came to know that at 4 in the morning while showering. There was not enough light at the main exit of the hotel. I had to step out in the darkness, to get in to my taxi. Saving energy, does not mean to turn off lights,at the main entrance / exit, just because...

"Room was spacious and good however dusty. Staff was good but was continuously following up for check out. Gym too small and bad in shape. Need more amenities "

"The room was stuffy and smelled of cigarette smoke. The place looked shabby. The towels were dirty. Power would go off intermittently. The only thing going for the place was that it was available last minute, and the beds were horizontal."

"Amazing staff and amenities. Staff went over and beyond everytime. Don't recall the name of the young lady who checked me in. She was very warm and friendly:)) Morning buffet was wholesome, great healthy options for food. Hotel does an incredible job employing challenged people, truly commendable work for humanity. Will recommend and stay again!"
