Albert Road Cottage: Comfy, vintage home near water & town

Late art deco 2 bedroom cottage with original features & modern conveniences in East Bunbury's historic precinct. Close to Bunbury town, estuary, beaches and walks. Features two double bedrooms, double sofa bed in lounge, bathroom with bath, shower & toilet and spacious living area. Fully kitted with everything you need including washing machine and mini dishwasher. Off-street parking for 2 cars. A third bedroom available on request. The garden is fully enclosed so safe for children and pets.

Experience a bygone era where domestic life was one of both calm and joyful class - the house represents the optimism of the post-war era. The original features and unique items in the house provide ambience and interest. You will love it. There is also a large gas BBQ , with dining area and sofa to relax under the veranda.

There are books, board games, toys - and a stand up paddle board for the adventurous.

A cleaner can do a refresh for a fee. Late and early check ins available on request.

Either myself or a caretaker may be in a separate extension to the house. There are no shared areas except the outdoor areas. You'll have full privacy and no noise.

I highly recommend this to anyone who wants or needs to get away. We travelled from Perth to attend a family event and I cannot express how much we didn’t want to leave. We are definitely planning another booking here

Host Christine provided great communication, the house is definitely like stepping back in time For me that was really very nostalgic and as per the photos. Location is great , good for parking , everything you would want for a peaceful stay.
