This property is on the lower end of the public side of Lake Anna with the widest deepest waters. There is approximately 75 feet of waterfront shoreline. Your nestled slightly in a cove perfect for swimming, kayaking, paddel boating, floating and a short boat ride out to the large open waters. There as a boat house with lift or tie off your boat at the dock.
Big beautiful open views of the waters from the dock. Primary bedroom on the main level with a full bathroom/shower that connects to the entrance hallway. Laundry room on main level. Open floorplan Kitchen/dining room/ living room, great socializing space. Loft from upper level looking down. Upper level has 2 bedrooms with a full Jack and Jill style bathroom in between. Nice size deck facing the water to grill outside and enjoy the serenity. This home has the true vacation feel.
