Lakefront family home in gated community with swimming area & dock - dogs OK

  • This family-friendly home is located in a gated community and offers easy water access to the main part of the lake. This home is in a prime location mid-lake in a large cove, and it is situated behind a no wake buoy. It's in the perfect spot for floating and swimming without having to worry about high-speed boat traffic. There are also spectacular views out the cove to the main lake. Enjoy use of the home's kayaks, play a board game as a family, or gather in the game room. The family dog is welcome to join the family in this home.This home is located on the public side of Lake Anna.

We enjoyed the stay, overall. Its a rental, so dont come with high expectations. The home was clean-ish; sugar ants on the kitchen counters, but clean fridge and oven. Following their written instructions for the obviously common issue of internet outage did not resolve. Our entire stay was hotspot driven. The coffee maker only brewed 2 cups then the rest of the water sat in the well, unbrewed. Communication w manager needs improvement. None of those issues were resolved.
