"There’s no way we can adequately describe how wonderful a place this is! My husband’s first words were how big the cabin is. Pictures don’t do it justice. We return several times each year to enjoy the country setting, the wonderful amenities and delicious meals in the restaurants and pub. This time we had the pleasure of seeing the huge beautifully lighted outdoor wedding venue and the wedding party enjoying the day-before festivities. Berry Hill is a perfect choice for a special cherished event or a quiet visit and a stroll around the mansion and grounds, swimming in the pool or exploring the mansion’s vibrant history."

"My husband and I were on our way to Georgia and book a stay for one night the room was very clean and quiet. The staff was quite friendly and helpful.we did not have breakfast we left early. We also got to the hotel early and was able to check in early. Definitely worth the price which was reasonable"

"We had a great time at the Executive Mansion with our family of 24 people. The house was very spacious and the amenities were great. Having a pool was a definite plus and it got a lot of use. The kitchen had just about everything we could need and made meal prep very easy. We rented the boat and went fishing almost every day. We caught more fish on this trip than any other vacations we have been on, and we didn’t even have to travel that far from the house.We had a few minor issues, but the home owner was very responsive in addressing them. When you spend as much as we did on a vacation property you expect everything to be perfect. However, it’s a rental property, so it’s going to show some signs of wear and tear. Did any of these issues detract from our overall experience? Not really, so I’m not going to dive into the specifics. Would we go back? Our group likes to try different places each time, but if we were to go back to Lake Gaston, the Executive Mansion would definitely be on the list."
