Bedroom 2: Queen-size bed + vanity/desk area with LED mirror.

Bedroom 3 (kids room): 2 bunk beds + pull-out trundle (up to 5 guests) + option to add 1 baby bed.

Bedroom 4: King-size bed + baby bed + armchair.
