"I love when you book at a Hilton property and know it will live up to the standard one expects. We arrived later in the evening and after a full day of driving and sightseeing, it was lovely to be able to know everything would clean and comfortable.
The room was well designed, confortable sheets and bed (though it was a small double and not a queen or king). Crabtree and Evelyn shower products. Lovely view.

"This was my second time staying here. I made Safranbolu a stop on my trip just so I could stay at Efe Guest house for a few days. The hospitality and the kindness of the owners are beyond exceptional. I felt even more at home this time than the last time; now I feel like part of the family and would look forward to coming again.
The house is well-kept; the terrace on the top floor where breakfast is served is so peaceful and offers a lovely view. The breakfast is good.

They pay attention to every small detail to make sure your stay is perfect and authentic. Beautiful people in a beautiful setting. The rooms are comfortable and clean with lots personal details and handmade surprises. The Turkish breakfast was outstanding and included homemade jams and other specialties. I highly recommended this sweet hotel and would happily return there myself. This place is a true gem."
"Beautiful property set in a an old Ottoman house with a garden. It's within walking distance of the Safranbolu town centre, which has plenty of eating & shopping options. The owners are the sweetest, nicest people, very personable & helpful. The breakfast is a big & delicious spread with lovely personal touches, like the homemade jams. We loved Safranbolu as a town and would love to visit again. If we do, we'll be sure to stay at Akbulut Konak again."
"Bu otel ile alakalı hiç hoş şeyler söyleyemeyeceğim, evet tarihi bir konak olmasi çok güzel fakat tarihi konak olmasıyla wc nin kirli olmasını(klozetin tabaninda çıkmayan siyah birikintil kesinlikle bağdaştıramadım ki otel görevlisi bunu bahane sundu.
Banyolarda ses yalıtımı diye bir şey yok, üst kattaki sanki bizim kaldığımız odanın banyosunda duş alıyordu.
Bunların dışında heryerde örümcek ağı vardı, sehpaların üzerinde bir karış toz, odaya yerleşirken temizlik yaptık.
