"Aside from its beachfront location, it does not meet the standards expected of a five-star hotel. For example, when borrowing an umbrella, they required room verification three separate times and even a signature. Additionally, when filling the bathtub, the tap must be continuously held down for the water to run, which is highly inconvenient. "

"The view was amazing, the workspace was great. The over room was luxurious, spacious, great in room amenities, Nespresso, nice teas, great bed, sheets & pilows. Beautiful bathroom. The property is excellent. Highly recommend staying here. Also great location easy to get around all of Busan, 2 major train lines connected to the hotel. "

"Absolutely terrible stay — not recommended. This place is the definition of “you get what you pay for.” The washer and dryer are just for display. When I asked to use them, I was told to go to a coin laundry instead. There were no mirrors or hangers in the room. The furniture was extremely cheap and very minimal. The bed was uncomfortable and the pillow was even worse — I could barely sleep. The closet design makes no sense. Unless you are over 6 ft tall, you can’t even hang your jacket properly. They advertise having a water purifier, but it wasn’t working at all. Overall, very poor experience. The room felt neglected, poorly equipped, and not worth the money. I would definitely not stay here again."
