"Im ersten Moment waren wir von dem Hotel überwältigt: Wunderschöner Garten mit Pool und dazu tolles Wetter. Die Freude wurde ein wenig getrübt, da das Zimmer schlecht zum Lüften war und die Klimaanlage nicht so funktionierte, wie wir uns das vorstellten. Leider funktionierte das W-Lan nur im Eingangsbereich."

"When we arrived, it was already 10. p.m. The lady at the reception knew that we were a family of three. She pretended to ignore that after several mails and bookings. So there wasn't a bed ready for our daughter. We had to wait one hour for a bed for her because she said, she didn't know we were a family of three. We had a whole discussion but no one apologized.
