Everything was great from staff to breakfast. I especially loved the extra large shower

We had an excellent stay at this beautifully run boutique hotel, where hospitality felt less like a service and more like a practiced art. The staff delivered a level of care and attentiveness that made us feel genuinely welcomed from the moment we arrived. Our room was nicely appointed, cool, spotless, and unique. An open shower and tree branch for hanging clothes was a little different. Location was in a safe and vibrant, neighbourhood. The AC purred, the Wi‑Fi behaved, and everything we needed was within an easy stroll: markets, bistros, banks, and the irresistible chaos of the city. Sidewalk cafe tables and people watching was a fun pastime. The rooftop pool became our private sanctuary, a breezy little oasis where we’d retreat after a day of negotiating with the spirited Ben Thanh Market vendors. Few things in life compare to sinking into cool water with a margarita in hand while the city hums below. We chose the buffet breakfast, which turned out to be a daily highlight, a thoughtful, delicious spread that felt more curated than mass‑produced. Our sincere thanks to the gracious staff who elevated our stay from enjoyable to truly memorable.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. I loved everything—the service was excellent, and all of the staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful. They made me feel comfortable throughout my stay. The only thing I didn’t like was the security for the guest rooms. The elevators did not require a room key or access code to reach the guest floors, so anyone could access them. I think requiring a room key or code to use the elevators would make guests feel much safer. Overall, I had a great experience and would still recommend this hotel.

The location, staff and the hotel as a whole as exactly what I had hoped for. The meeting room on the 8th floor came in quite handy as I worked US hours. The only thing that could be better is the gym. A little too tight to do much but overall had what I needed. I would most definitely come back. Their entire staff was great!
