This is a nice hotel for a great price with comfortable beds in a busy area of Hanoi. I appreciated the free laundry service for one outfit washed each day given that the weather was rather hot and humid while we were there. I also appreciated the car service to and from the airport.

Pros: very friendly lady at the breakfast, amazing pho I still remember! Friendly stuff as well. They do laundry as well. Close to a huge shopping mall Lotte. Cons: tiny room with an outdated bathroom. Located between the airport and old city. All in all: nice place to stay but you should know by booking at what area it is located (the area itself is totally fine, it’s just you either will need bus or taxi to go to the old city).
