Only 10 minutes to the University of Buffalo, 30 minutes (sometimes 25) to Niagara Falls, and close to other attractions like Delaware Park, Buffalo Zoo, Kleinhan's Music Hall, Pausa, Canalside, and Highmark Stadium. Whether you’re here for relaxation or adventure, this peaceful, private home offers the ideal retreat for your stay — with the added charm of serene, occasional deer and bunny sightings right in the backyard.

This spacious, no-stairs home offers exclusive use of the entire property. It includes three bedrooms with queen-size beds (the master also has a double bed), plus two futon couches and an air mattress for extra sleeping space. Warm and cozy

It was a nice place for two nights with a mobile 1 year old and a rambunctious 3 year old. Beds were firm and so comfortable. We all slept like we do at home. The heating system works great. It’s a bit bare bones as far as VRBO experiences, but adequate for our needs. Backing out of the driveway during rush hour was a little hectic, but otherwise great location.

The house was clean parking was great. Neighborhood was also very nice. The online description about the price was misleading and we paid more than we had originally budgeted for. If we would have known how much it actually cost, we would not have stayed there.

An incident happened and he tried charging me over 1000 dollars when one this happened then said I stole stuff like pots and pans nothing was even stolen or taken from the home other than the food I bought and brought back home
