Smoke from back yard filled the apartment we where in one night but other that that it was great

Perfect for a quick getaway

It is very clean, probably one of the most comfortable beds I have ever laid on. There are 2 TVs in the livingroom which is great for sports.

Nice place, but...

Really like the place. It was nice and cozy. But it would of been nicer if the other Tenants left us alone. (We only had two nights) Sometimes people like to "dump" their drama in me. We ended up not feeling fully relaxed and comfortable so we left a day early.

Weekend Getaway

Wedding Weekend Hideaway

My wife and I have a lovely stay at Greg’s rental for a wedding weekend in the Buffalo area. The space was clean and comfortable, with easy access to the Buffalo Botanical Gardens, downtown, and a bunch of great restaurants in the Southtowns. Highly recommended.

Highly Recommend! I stayed at this Vrbo for a work trip, and the experience was fantastic. The host went above and beyond, ensuring the sidewalk and driveway were shoveled daily, which was a huge help. He also checked in to make sure I had everything I needed and even sent over a half pizza—such a thoughtful touch! The hospitality made my stay comfortable and stress-free. I would definitely recommend this spot to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

The "Half Pint' is a gem! Perfect for a couple spending a weekend. The property was spotless, very comfortable and everything we needed was provided. Communication was above and beyond. We'll be back. Very pleased

Comfortable with extras

We were impressed with the layout, choice of decor and well equipped kitchen. It's quiet, with nice conveniences such as smart TV's, fast WiFi, power reclining sofa, and even a heated bathroom mirror. Step right in to the unit, no stairs to climb.

Spotless. Decorated very nicely. Well stocked with linens. Comfy. Great location for being close to Southtowns, City & Northtowns. Fun neighborhood for walking. Close to restaurants & bars. Owner on top of all our needs.

Perfect little place.

My husband and i stayed 2 nights. We were there for a wedding. . The place was very clean. The king sized bed was comfortable. The listing says hot tub, but no hot tub. Would recommend.

Incredible stay!!

This was an incredible place. We went to Niagara falls for the weekend, and also discovered the incredible places in Buffalo. The river was just 5 minutes away! Greg is incredible! He called and wrote out the details for us, made the stay easy and pleasurable. The home has everything you could ask for. The apartment is very elegant, clean and quiet. Strongly recommend for a great Niagara Falls and or Buffalo vacation!

This is a very nice, newly remodeled property. The owner was available and very responsive to our needs. The location was very convenient for us. We had events in Cheektowaga, Hamburg, West Seneca, East Aurora, North Tonawanda and Lewiston. We would happily rent it again for a future visit to WNY.

Great host, great property

Property is perfect for a couple/ small family for a cozy trip. Seems to have been recently remodeled with all new appliances and kitchen ware. Host Grey was warm and considerate, even brought additional sheets and towel even without us to ask for. Check in/out was smooth with door key code...overall great experience!!!

A hotel folding bed is not a twin bed.

Everything was wonderful till it came time to go to bed and instead of finding a twin bed it was a folding cot. Very uncomfortable so our daughter took the thin mattress and put it on the floor to sleep.
