The parking here is HORRIBLE! We came back to the hotel after the concert Friday night and there was not one park available! We drive around multiple times before finding one it was ridiculous. The room also smelled like someone dumped a bottle of pinesol in the room

Front desk staff were very kind and helpful. Restaurant on site was convenient and had good food. Very comfy bed and pillows which was lovely! Shuttle comes every 15 minutes and is a quick drive to the airport. Would stay again when travelling from the Buffalo airport.

Our room was newly remodeled and very clean. The reception staff efficient and friendly. We really appreciate the shuttle service to and from the airport. The long term parking was safe and convenient. We had dinner at the on site restaurant. The wait staff was very friendly and the food was delicious. We will stay here again when we have a flight scheduled from the airport.

The property was large and conveniently located. You can tell that they are undergoing renovations as the hallways are very run down looking. Our room was clean and updated. The view of the courtyard area was gorgeous. A decent place to stay overall

Great service. The girls at the front were very nice and helpful. Called them and they picked me up at airport within 3 minutes after I called them. The restaurant that is there has very good and fast service. Rooms were very clean and hotel was also very clean.

The courtyard was lovely and the option to attend the hotel eclipse party was a surprise. We already had other plans so did not. Location was convenient but the hotel’looks run down and the aroma of cleaning fluids in the halls was unpleasant.

Nice hotel without anything fancy but a totally fine stay that met our expectations. The building is older and shows its age in places- there were a few water stains in the bathroom and you could hear anyone that walked past but I would stay again!

It was a nice quick overnight stay no issues other than my 2nd key card didn't work and I got locked outside but thankfully I had my phone and called one of my roommates to let me in.

The room was freezing despite turning the heat up to 80F. There was no hair dryer and the curtains did not cover the lights outside. It felt like we were camping in a bed. There was also a horrible fuel smell. Ultimately couldn't sleep well. Only positive is that the room was clean.

Check in quick, room was clean, for the price was a decent room. But the staff is very loud in the morning. We had a room really close to the laundry area and at 7am all we heard was the staff gossiping and complaining. Besides that, all was ok.
