The location of the property is amazing, we had a full frontal view of the falls. The rooms are big and comfortable. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast is good. What we didn't like is the fact that the bedrooms are not serviced on a daily basis, when paying almost $400 per night you would expect your bed to be made and clean towels. The bathroom wasn't very clean upon arrival, I found fake eye lashes in the bathtub, when we asked for extra towels on day two they never delivered them.

I love that every room has a living room area. It is always clean and quiet every time I visit. The free drink and full breakfast is an added bonus.

Went for the eclipse was was pleasantly surprised. I don’t know why there over all rating in in the 7’s . The rooms were spotless. Staff friendly and helpful. Every request we made was met and the offer a full breakfast included that had something for everyone . I would definitely stay again

Great stay, comfortable, clean and friendly staff. One downside the hotel was at full occupancy and had one elevator to service floors 9 to 18 which created significant delays.

Overall it is 3-4 stars. The suit was wide and the area near the hotel is amazing. The parking is 70$ per night! Not included in the rooms fee. The breakfast is limited option and the same menu for the three days we stayed in. No cleaning service included in the fees! We have to pay extra for cleaning! We book a room with fall view and was not mentioned that it is a small part of the fall view, they told us we had to pay more for full view .. The good thing was the area around.

Perfect location! We will be back. Loved being able to get on the rail down to the Table Rock center so easily. View was amazing from our room! Worth the price.

At check in the lady at the front was barely making eye contact. Seemed annoyed with my questions about room spot as we were there for my daughters Nationals so wanted her to be close to her team. She made no effort to put us close to them. So we needed up at a completely different end of hotel. She didn’t go through options and free breakfast options. I found Out about it from other parents. I asked about late check out options. Let her know clearly about a meeting I had The following day at 1pm. She then responds by saying I can Check out at noon. Clearly she wasn’t listening. I had to ask again and she mentioned the $70 charge which I was Okay with. She rushed us through the whole check in. The next day I ran back to the hotel at 12:30 to get ready for the meeting to find out I was Locked out of the room. Had to go back downstairs and waited in line to ask about it to realize she never input the late check out. I only chose this hotel because of the comp and other parents staying. Won’t be returning here. I had Sheraton booked but changed to this for my daughter to be close to her teammates which didn’t happen. A big mistake!!

For what we paid for a king's size suite with partial view, It was definitely not worth it. Also the mini fridge didn't close right and the hot water in the shower only worked when turned on cold full blast...We had constant issues with our Wi-Fi since the 1st day we checked in. The staff there was very helpful and the place was nice. Except for the breakfast everything we got was cold so we had to go off-site for breakfast everyday. We were also supposed to be on the 30th floor and we were not placed on that floor. Again for what we paid for 3 nights. We shouldn't have had any issues. And they definitely need more room out front for their valet parking and drop off and pick up as its a mess when its busy.

I was treated well - no complaints there. The surrounding commercial environment was not to my taste. Yet, if I explored further, I observed a tremendous potential for educating visitors about the unique natural habitat and the potential to use mother nature as a source of "clean" energy. (Hydroelectric power! What was once new and exciting is now an aging infrastructure with much potential for redevelopment.)

The fact that I had to call every day to get clean towels or tidy up the room. It wasn't until the morning of the third day that I was tole that our room wouldn't be cleaned until I was there four nights. No where was that told to me after calling twice previously.
