Downtown Duplex, Upper/Lower With Game Room! Central Location, Sleeps 14
- Guests will have private access to the entire duplex, both upper and lower units. This is perfect for families or groups traveling together who want privacy at certain times. Guests will have access to a private fenced back yard, front porch.
With an Arcade/Game Room on the 3rd Floor there is plenty of fun before you even leave! Pool Table, Dart Board, and Skee ball are just a few games waiting for your visit!
On street parking is available year round on a wide 1 way street. There are many bars/restaurants walking distance from the apartment and we have many local favorites we would love to share with you!

• 20 min drive to Niagara Falls
• 10 min/0.5 mile walk to Allentown
• 8 min/0.4 mile walk to D'Youville College
