"The staff were very good, friendly and engaging. However our room smelled of cigarette smoke, even though it was clean it smelled awful. location is good, staff were good and the breakfast was ok."

"An absolutely amazing hotel. I loved the history and prominence of the building. Truly beautiful architecture and so sympathetically restored. Despite the history, I felt only good vibes. Everything screams "luxe". The staff are friendly and kind. The bed was super comfortable, I loved the pillows. My room was on the ground floor so it was a little dark. The restaurant and bar were lovely and the food so good. Some small criticisms were that the lamp and some of the plugs in the room didn't work. Also, breakfast was a strange experience. A weird lullaby was playing on repeat the whole time, and also no teaspoons were provided for my tea. The breakfast food was mediocre. The server seemed quite nervous. Other than that, I would absolutely recommend this hotel. The museum underneath was so interesting. "

"The hotel is very large and the parking lot is very busy because it is also for a restaurant and for leaving vehicles for an airplane trip. Finding a space is a challenge. The room was very well maintained and functional. The sheets and quit were fine. The people at the desk were helpful. They have a map of the place available and I needed it. The lack of breakfast, both free and pay, means that I bought what I needed at a supermarket and I suppose Uber Eats is a solution. I would stay again. The price was fair and cancellation policy had no tricks. And there is no resort charge. We were traveling on Amtrak at Depew station, which is farther than the airport and the hotel shuttle doesn't include the Amtrak station. But the train station has plenty of free parking so we parked there and went on our train trip. "

"Room was very clean shower curtain rod I noticed was leaning and bent when I checked into the room you would take a shower and the shower curtain wouldn’t stay closed and when I checked in the floor was very sticky and it looked like there was coffee stains on the floor that wasn’t mopped"
