Mala experiencia. No me gustó: llegar y que me dijeran que el departamento que habíamos reservado no estaba disponible y nos pusieran en otro. Que la pieza no estuviera preparada. Que la chapa de la puerta se dañara y durante 2 mañanas no pudimos salir. Que el aire acondicionado se dañara por viejo. Las multas que cobran si se pieredn las llaves US$200. La mala atención de las personas y que no están disponobles en el edificio

The property I reserved was not available. They switched me to another one that was on a very noisy street. The bad: I could hear the conversation/TV from the unit next door, difficult to sleep at night; sirens and traffic was difficult to live with; bathroom was dilapidated and with no racks to hang towels; shower leaked making a puddle in the bathroom floor (I called and texted but they never answered); bed linens were stained and torn; pillows were stained and torn; the only closet available was filled with a broom, mop and cleaning gear; the walls were stained with dirt and scratches; the floor was scratched and full of caked dirt. These people should not be allowed to rent this unit!!!

아파트먼트라 일반 호텔에서는 못하는 조리가 가능하다는 점이 좋았어요! 하지만, 사진보다는 어두운 느낌에 조금 낡았습니다. 침대가 너무 푹신해서 허리도 살짝 아팠어요.

Nach meinem Ankommen in Buenos aires war niemand dort. Ich musste zu Babel Hotel wo der Check in stattfinden soll. Meine bezahlte Buchung haben sie weder ersetzt noch zurückerstattet. Ich war auf der Strasse. Nach langem hin und her und viele Schaden, Defensoria del Turista hat mir geholfen bei der Polizei eine Anzeige zu erstatten. Achtung Betrug! Ich bin gesundheitlich und finanziell geschadet. Mein Aufenthalt war vermasselt.

Just great location... terrible facility

Moldy units. We stayed in 2 apartments where the hot plates didn't work, in our week long stay they only changed our towels twice without cleaning anything. Please, please bring your own towels. The linens smell moldy, feel damp, and please check because we left the towels on the floor for changing and all the maid did was pick up and leave the same used towel! AVOID STAYING HERE.

Una estafa

Pesimo un desastre nunca pude utilizar la reserva ninguna persona de sunlight se hizo presente solo por telefono dijo que no habia reserva a mi nombre cuando yo tenia el numero de confirmacion de hoteles.com, otra señora estuvo en la misma situacion y habia reservado con otra agencia.

Minha segunda vez em Buenos Aires e minha segunda vez no Sunlight Recoleta. Excelente localização, no bairro mais lindo, tranquilo e chic de Buenos Aires: a Recoleta. Super indico pela localização. Se localiza a uma quadra da Av. Santa Fé, onde passam diversos ônibus. Nessa avenida também se encontram vários Kioskos, restaurantes, fast foods, Carrefour, a livraria El Ateneo etc. Não é um hotel, é um apartamento. A limpeza deixa a desejar, com sujeiras em alguns cantos. O apto é grande, com mobília suficiente. As toalhas e panos de chão estão velhos e rasgados. Muito bom por poder usar a cozinha. Ano passado fiquei no apto 4A e esse ano no 4B. O 4A é melhor equipado, com filtro de linha universal (muito util). Indico muito pela localização. Ano passado não encontrei com nenhum responsável pelo sunlight Recoleta, peguei e entreguei as chaves ao porteiro do prédio (porteiro que serve ao prédio todo - o Sunlight Recoleta é na verdade o quarto andar de um prédio residencial). Esse ano precisei ir até o escritório deles que fica a 2 quadras e meia, com malas e tudo. Foi bastante incoveniente. Não sei se ficarei lá novamente, mas a localização é estimulante.

Ótima localização - cortinas empoeiradas

A localização é excelente, perto de restaurantes, cafés, etc. Porém as cortinas do apartamento estavam muito empoeiradas, ruim para quem tem alergia. Aquecimento do ambiente super satisfatório, a noite estava muito fria e ficamos bem aquecidos com o sistema de aquecimento. Ótimo local para passar um ou no máximo dois dias.

SUCIO, MUY SUCIO Y Servicio pésimo.

Las sábanas estaban sucias al igual que el cubrecamas al que no le entraba ni una mancha más, al reclamar el cambio se molestaron e insistían que todo estaba limpio. El olor a humedad y suciedad era asqueroso, la falta de higiene se observaba por todos lados. Las toallas percudidas y rotas. La persona que fue a cambiar las sábanas lo hizo de muy mal modo y molesta, reclamándonos que ella a esa hora debía estar dando clases....una desubicada total que no quiso reconocer que las sábanas que nos habían puesto estaban usadas y hasta arrugadas tal como quedan luego de usarlas. INMUNDO.

el apart no estaba limpio, debí comprar toallas ayudin desinfectante y lisorform y limpiarlo..Ezequiel excelente hice el reclamo al otro día vinieron hacer limpieza..pero ahi te das cuenta por que no esta limpio como debería...lo no funcionaba el teléfono para efectuar llamadas ..las sabanas era de diferentes juegos y los acolchados de los mas simples y el aireen calor no funcionaba..y pesima señal wi fi...lo demás muy buena la ubicación recomendable para estar de paso x Bs As
