Beautiful, well kept property in Puerto Madero. Great breakfast and room service. But the best part was the service. Extremely attentive GM frequent checking in on how our stay could be improved. Ramiro at the front desk made checking in and out a breeze and also there to answer any questions we had. I often stay at 5 star hotels but seldomly get 5 star service. The SLS Puerto Madero gets 5 stars all around!

Beautiful hotel in Puerto Madero

Beautiful hotel in the heart of Puerto Madero. Close proximity to a wide variety of restaurants and landmarks. The service was impeccable even though my stay was short. I wish I was there longer to take advantage of more amenities. The staff packed me a to go breakfast since my flight was leaving before breakfast hours which was a nice touch.

Amazing customer service from the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out. We were upgraded but ended up liking our original booked room more so they were able to move us to the room we want. They held our luggage while we explored the city and also informed us when our car arrived. The room was nice and clean. Great location as well.
