EL TIGRE VISITA CON NIÑOS

Destaco la predisposición de todo el personal, limpieza y desayuno. Esta muy cerca de Parque de la Costa por lo cual la movilidad con niños es ideal, esta cerca del Puerto de Frutos para las compras y recorridos por el delta, frente el Casino para una escapada...su ubicación es ideal.

Communications can be improved

Messaged the hotel twice but there was no reply. I messaged the hotel about late check-in and hotel did not reply to confirm late check-in. As a result, we waited for close to 30 minutes outside the apartment for someone to open the door. The staff did not speak English so communication can be a problem

Decidimos no hospedarnos ahí, por las condiciones en la que se encontraba el hotel, nos quisieron cobrar una cochera en un lugar donde había materiales de construcción, tenía un depósito previo, pero preferí perderlo antes de quedarnos en ese lugar, los comentarios de este lugar no son buenos, no entiendo cómo sigue en esta red de hoteles

Asco. Sucio. Con moscas. Mala antencion. No toallas. Malo desayuno. No tarjeta de credito. El sr de mantenimiento te recepciona y te dirve el desayuno todo sucio. No te dan factura. Un asco!

Un desastre el servicio del Hotel. Directamente no hay servicio. Son celulares para llamar si necesitas algo.La mucama faltó y no hicieron la habitación. El desayuno no lo pude tomar porque se quedaron dormidos. Sin palabras.

lindo hotel, problemas con el personal

El personal es muy joven y poco resolutivo, no pueden tomar decisiones, se confunden entre lo que uno y otro dice y se comunican con la jefa por celular que no tienen cargados. El primer desayuno lo olvidaron y el segundo lo sirvieron con veinte minutos de retraso. Cuando uno se maneja con horarios debe pedirle las cosas con anticipación para que lleguen en el horario que uno necesita.

El hotel no cuenta con estacionamiento lo cual deben solucionar dado que es difícil conseguir lugar para aparcar en la zona de Tigre. El servicio del personal muy bueno pero baja su rendimiento cuando el hotel está muy concurrido dado que tiene faltantes del mismo. En todas las noches nos hemos bañado con agua fría por lo que recomendamos ducharse de mañana con agua tibia.El valor de la tarifa por noche es elevada dado que si concurre con un vehículo debes agregar el costo de la playa el cual es extra del alojamiento. Sumando el alojamiento y el estacionamiento se puede encontrar mejores opciones para alojarse en esta zona o en Pilar que este establecimiento.

Me arrepentí de haber gastado 1300 por noche

1. El edificio afuera esta camuflado, como si no estuviesen en regla. 2. Nos dieron la llave que decía Oficina. La habitación estaba al lado de la cocina y terraza, lo cual es contraproducente para el "relax". 3. Dentro de la habitación había una pizarra con anotaciones como " faltan sabanas" o costos de estadías, etc. También había una notebook de un personal, y una base de teléfono sin teléfono. 4. No había agua caliente para bañarse. 5. No tenía heladera ni mini bar, eso si tenía cocina sin adminículos EH! Buenisimo! 5. No había limpieza en la habitación. 6. El desayuno era "al cuarto" te pedían horario de preferencia y llegaban 1 hora más tarde. Sin mencionar que el café el primer día estaba helado!. 7. Lo único positivo es que el puerto de fruto, el parque de la costa y el casino estaban a tan sólo unos pasos del "apart". En resumen. 1300 pesos la noche es un afano

Young friendly staff but problems with wifi repeater meant no wifi in rooms at rear of hotel Breakfast is brought to your room on a tray at a time you specify - it was ok (coffee juice toast and croissants) but 30 mins late Room clean and comfortable
