The room was spotless, not fancy but very comfortable and quiet at night facing the garden. The neighborhood is great, I was easily able to take Ubers or walk everywhere I wanted to go. The snacks and water in the room were appreciated
Great hotel for a reasonable price. Clean and comfortable beds. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We arrived late (3:00 AM) and the check in was seamless. We got checked in and into the room in a few minutes.
Small hotel located in downtown Buenos Aires. Front desk staff were helpful and friendly. We were able to store our luggage for an extra day while we took a trip up to the Iguaca Falls. Clean and reasonably priced.
Location was great. My room was in the front of the property, so there was street noise. Desk staff friendly and helpful. The breakfast was not good, coffee and tea in the room with crackers, jam, dulce de leche, and juice.

I didn't sleep much because of the bed and all the street noise. Lots of gnats in the bedding too. But Alexandra at the front desk is awesome. Very helpful and friendly! It is in a good location
Excellent hotel. It is very clean with friendly staff. Close to restaurants, transportation and places in Palermo. Negative: our Uber driver had a hard time finding this hotel as there is no big signs outside. Also it seems the hotel is right next to train track so it’s a little noisy. It did not bother us but for some people, the train noise might be an issue.

Property was clean and useful. Might have better bed and and bathroom extractor wasn’t working but the receptionists great will to help compensated everything
The hotel was close to the city airport that provides connections within Argentina and South America (not the larger international airport) and was perfect for our 1 night stay. Rooms were a little dated but comfortable. The hotel itself felt safe and there were restaurants and shopping malls nearby.
A very modern looking hotel in a great location. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only negative thing is the supposed breakfast which only consisted of a couple 4 packs of crackers and some jelly.
Wonderful stay. We’re here for five nights and found it quiet, location was great, we’re given a restaurant recommendation that was fabulous. Aylen loaned us her subway and bus card for our stay which was invaluable and allowed us to get around. Can’t thank her enough. Great place to stay. Highly recommend.
The staff and property were well set up to ensure guest safety which was reassuring. In daytime the area is great and had everything I needed but I didn’t want to go out at night
This is a great value hotel for the location. Easy to walk to the subway station and many restaurants, as well as the Rose Garden and the Japanese Garden.
What really made this hotel spectacular was the staff. Every member of the staff was tremendously helpful and kind to us. We had a few weird requests such as requesting cutlery at random times and getting our bags out of storage a few times and booking airport cabs, and they were so quick to help us. Definitely recommend this hotel and its great staff.
The property was conveniently located for us in the last night of our stay. The front desk staff were all very cheery and helpful. The front door is on a lock system at all times so that was a nice feeling when the keys to your rooms are still actual skeleton-type keys. The room was basic and small but clean and we just needed it for one night.
