Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort

NO ES UN HOTEL

No logre que me reciban. NO es un hotel, es un departamento que alquila las habitaciones. En la recepción del edificio no tenían ni idea y tuve que llamar a un numero que encontré en google donde la sra. que me contesto me dijo que no le habían avisado de Hoteles.com que yo iba a ir a hospedarme. Sinceramente un desastre!! Llame a Hoteles.com y la respuesta que recibi no fue la que esperaba, no me resolvieron mi hospedaje y tuve que hacer 50 Km a las 10 de la noche para volver a mi casa. Estos detalles deberían estar muy claros a la hora de la reservación y no en la letra chica.
