This is the worst hotel ever! The pictures are very deceiving. It's old and dirty all over the place. The front desk lady, Diana was rude and right away yelled at me that she doesn't speak English. I told her that there is no internet in the room and she just refused to change the room. The whole room was dirty and there were cracks all over the walls and floor. I would had asked for my money back, but no one was able to speak English as it was listed on Obitz. The breakfast was crazy. I had to stand in line just to get some bread. This was such a nightmare to stay at this place.

Hotel muito antigo, com cheiro de fossa, quarto com paredes estufadas de infiltração, cheiro forte de mofo, cozinha sem nenhuma condição de ser usada. Tudo no banheiro é muito antigo, descarga vazando água e cortina de plástico na banheira. Péssima experiência.

Foi nelhor custo benefício. Bem localuzado com varios locaisoara comer. O shopping de outlet da pars ir a pé. Acho que ae tivesse umas duas panelas zjudava muitoa familia se gor fazer uma vomida rspida.

Excelente el servicio de desayuno. Las habitaciones necesitan mejor mantenimiento, uno de los aires no andaba y costaba cerrar la persiana del comedor, y mejorar la limpieza en la zona de la cocina.

The price is very reasonable, and it is in a good part of town, near restaurants. The breakfast buffet is amazing. It was handy to coordinate with tours and in walking distance of a couple of attractions. But the building is old and could use a bit of TLC. Not for those who want anything like luxury. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and most could speak English.

RESSARCIDA!!!

Foi péssima!!! Nunca mais na minha vida!!! Quarto nojento!!!! Sujo, manchado, com aranha, traça, fedido, chaveiro é para quem não gosta de tomar banho, até o sabonete do corpo a água não conseguia tirar, veneziana estava quebrada. Estava com a minha filha de 15 anos e minha mãe de 73 anos ABSURDO!!! Quero ser ressarcida desse hotel!!! Vcs não me ajudaram em nada!!! Liguei para relatar o problema assim q cheguei no quarto. E vcs não fizeram absolutamente nada!!! Eu tive q brigar com o hotel para nós retirar daquele quarto (q na vdd não tem culpa, pois vcs hotéis.com q deveriam verificar os hotéis q vcs vendem para o cliente ) Comprei hotel e na vdd era um ALBERGUE !!! Me mostraram mais 4 quartos para eu me mudar eram exatamente iguais !!! Nojentos !!! Só depois de três dias q podemos mudar para um quarto descente . Quero imediatamente ser ressarcida desse absurdo. Vou a Buenos Aires 2/3 vezes ao ano é essa foi a 1ª vez q tive problema com hotel

Péssima experiência!

O Hotel encontra-se muito antigo sem manutenção. O check in foi realizado por volta das 3 horas da manhã, o atendimento foi rude e solicitei água mineral e hotel não tinha p oferecer/vender. O café da manhã extremamente desorganizado. A piscina sem nenhum cuidado. Os funcionários geral são extremamente mal educados. O cartão/ chave do quarto não funciona, durante a estadia foi desmagnetizado diversas vezes. Enfim, falta cuidados e profissionais capacitados. A localização é boa.

Cumple solo con lo básico no se haga expectativas

podría ser un hotel ochentero muy bonito si es que se le hiciera mantención adecuada, hongos en las paredes , artefactos con filtraciones o rotos..si solo quiere ir a dormir y no le importa nada mas , el precio puede ser justo, las fotos que muestran son muy maqueteadas y no es la realidad. el wifi es malísimo y casi no funciona, el personal es atento.
