Buenos Aires delight
Wonderful location. Can’t beat the price. Beautiful city. Near public transportation. Staff was very helpful. Safe in room was not working due to low battery. Breakfast buffet was excellent of the Obelisk from our window

Las instalaciones buenas, camas cómodas y limpieza bien. Los muebles del baño estan algo viejos y ajados. El resto todo bien. Los asistentes del lobby no son tan amables al momento de consultar las tarifas, no tienen voluntad de ayudar con ese tema, directamente te derivan a la pagina web del hotel donde es mucho mas caro en comparacion a otras plataformas

Top hotel in good part of town.Excellent value,comfy bed and good breakfast for price.The real surprise was the quality of the set menu in the restaurant in the evening.Love this place and Marcelo sped me through check in at the same time as checking in a tour party of Japanese

The location was convenient to transportation and restaurants, especially our favorite local place, Revire Brasas Bravas. The room was small but adequate and very clean. The front desk staff was helpful and always very friendly.

The hotel was in a good location. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The air conditioning worked and was needed as it was 30 degrees out with high humidity. the bathroom was small and we did not get to use the shower as we left very early in the morning. The staff was very good; very helpful. hey booked us a cab for the airport and booked us into a Tango show ( which was very good )plus they called us in the morning even though we did not ask for a wake up call. I have recommended this hotel to friends already and would stay there again.

Great hotel in a vibrant part of town. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Within walking distance of great restaurants like ‘La Churrasquita’ and sites/landmarks like Teatro Colon and Plaza de Mayo.

The room furniture looked old, my bed was composed of two single beds put together but it was very uncomfortable since the levels of both beds were uneven. My group almost left the hotel because the rooms were unacceptable (holes in the ceiling, beds breaking apart, uneven beds, and very old furniture). My crue and I didn't leave the hotel because then it will charge a penalty, and there were not rooms available in any other hotel. After complaining a lot to the staff, the hotel switched some of the rooms for others a little better and offered no charge for breakfast. I will NEVER EVER STAY IN THIS HOTEL AGAIN.

Overpriced for the size of room and amenities they offer. Old room, only one plug in the room, and no direct control over A/C. Hardly a four-star hotel. If it weren't for the helpful front desk and location, this place deserves 1-star. Do yourself a favor, stay somewhere else.
