Great apartment with an amazing river view on a great location

Brand New one bedroom fully fursnished and equipped apartment on a high end tower, located at the Port of Olivos. The area is full of restaurants and its linked to downtown Buenos Aires by ferry, train or bus.
The tower has a rooftop pool with a an amazing view of the River Plate and the City of Buenos Aires. A brand new fully equipped fitness center in on the rooftop as well. Parking and Laundry facilities on site are also included as part of the package.
The apartment has on bedroom with a fully equipped bathroom, with a walking closet. A living comedor, connected with a large balcony overlooking the river is connected with the kitchen and the toilette. On the living room, a queen sofa bed lies.
The unit has 70 square meters and it is part of a new gated complex.
