Lowlights in the nicest of locations in BsAs.

Way too shabby for the price tag. Very clean, but facilities in poor condition: bathroom (sliding) door did not close properly and was difficult to slide, faucet was loose, corridor carpets old and dirty, lift doors did no stop on resistance (by a person entering). Confusing that snacks were no clearly marked as NOT a courtesy (then being not in the fridge, but net to TV). Desk personnel did not apologize for this upon checkout. Only redemption was the breakfast personnel. Very polite and efficient. Also: apparently due to city regulations, an awful lot of personal information has to be provided upon checkin (marital status, work address and the like). Shady.

Great walkable location for just about everything. Pedestrian street near main avenues and subway stations. Friendly helpful multilingual staff -- they will call you a taxi that arrives in 5 minutes--and will look up the fare for the distance for you in advance! Rooms are basic with minibar, but with enough space for your own cheaper purchase of bottled water, etc. each day from nearby shops. Some concerns--not limited to this hotel. During summer heat waves in Buenos Aires (90 degrees); air conditioning is strained and low or non-existent in some buildings. (Here: tolerable--they also let you know on check-in if it's a problem). Many buildings (and subways) have limited elevator access and many steps to navigate. This one has two six-person elevators and ramps, but not to the lowest level where breakfast buffet is located (costs extra): that requires 5 steps down from landing. There's a great little bakery on corner for coffee and pastry, but I would not recommend the hotel for someone dependent on a wheel chair. But I would gladly stay here again.

Ótimo Hotel

Hotel bem localizado , se faz muitos passeios a pé, devido a sua localização, próximo ao metrô, pontos turisticos , lojas , cambio e restaurantes . O Hotel cobra 1.50 de dolar por pessoa em cada diaria referente a de taxa que segundo eles é do governo . Recomendo o Hotel .

The property needs a major renovation. The ceiling leaked in the lobby. Wet spots in the carpets. Lobby door didn't close properly. A/C never cooled our room. We where hot the entire stay.

Γενικά το ξενοδοχείο είναι εντάξει. Η τιμή οικονομία και το προσωπικό ευγενικό. Το πρωινό ίσως θα έπρεπε να ήταν με περισσότερες επιλογές, δηλαδή να μην είναι κάθε πρωί το ίδιο, αλλά όπως είπα σε γενικές γραμμές όλα καλά!!!!
