Welcome to our incredible apartment on the border between Palermo and Recoleta! This beautiful home has two bedrooms, one full bathroom and a separate laundry room. Enjoy the view from our spacious balcony while relaxing with a cup of coffee.



The location is unbeatable: we are a few meters from Parque Las Heras, Alto Palermo Shopping, Cinemark and all the cultural, gastronomic and night life that Buenos Aires offers. In addition, to make your stay even more pleasant, we have equipped the apartment with a television, hot/cold air conditioning in all rooms, and high-speed internet access.

Guest Access:

We use a tool called 'HOSPY' to verify guest identity. Guests must upload their ID or passport in order to receive their check-in instructions. They can then choose to pay for Early Check-In or Late Check-Out for each extra hour they need, based on the average nightly rate. Additionally, they must upload a credit card (in the name of one of the guests) as a guarantee in case of any damages. Check-in instructions are displayed on 'HOSPY' half an hour before the usual check-in time or the time they have paid for.

Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities, communication
El apartamento estaba muy sucio , no tiene mantenimiento el jabon estaba pegado en la ducha, el lavatorio tenia Moho, la cama olia a usada y tenia una mancha de saliva en la almohada, tambien el cover estaba sucio como si se hubieran acostado con zapatos. En conclusion no me quede . Pedi un reembolso y dejaron de contestarme, hasta me mandaron un email diciendo que esperaban que mi estadia haya sido buena. Una experiencia decepciionante . Tuve que alquilar en otro lugar . Y ahora pienso hacer una denuncia x estafa, ya que este lugar no esta alpo para ser rentado. Lo peor es que Expedia y Verb te dicen que tenes que arreglar el reembolso con el propietario y estos son unos delicuentes.
