The apartment has two full bathrooms and air conditioning, so you can enjoy a comfortable stay at any time of the year. In addition, it has 2 single sofa beds and single beds adaptable to a double bed, so you can accommodate yourself according to your needs.

The building has 24-hour security, laundry, gym and pool. In addition, it has high-speed internet, so you can stay connected at all times.

Guest Access:
We have a brand new app called 'HOSPY', where you can make your virtual Check In with your identification. You can also pay your Security Deposit by this channel. The deposit is refunded between 10 and 14 days after your departure. In the app, you will have a direct contact with your personal host. Deposits vary between USD 50 for studio apartments and 1 bedroom to USD 800 for 8 or more bedrooms. (Deposit payment does not apply to Airbnb guests)

Could be great but air conditioning broken

This is a really well situated flat, and has everything you need. It is freshly decorated and would have been perfect for the three of us for a week stay. However the air conditioning was broken throughout our stay. Our host Mauribel arranged for someone to fix it, but 12 hours later it was completely ineffective again - I suspect there was a leak. This made it very uncomfortable at times. I have asked on two occasions for a partial refund, but have not had a reply from Fliphaus.
