Guest Access:

To enter the building, you must download an app called HIPCAM, which will give you virtual access to open the building's front doors. It's important to always keep your phone fully charged, as you'll need to use it to enter and exit! Access codes are temporary during your stay.



We use a tool called 'HOSPY' to verify guest identity. Guests must upload their ID or passport in order to receive their check-in instructions. They can then choose to pay for Early Check-In or Late Check-Out for each extra hour they need, based on the average nightly rate. Additionally, they must upload a credit card (in the name of one of the guests) as a guarantee in case of any damages. Check-in instructions are displayed on 'HOSPY' half an hour before the usual check-in time or the time they have paid for.



Plus, you can use it to pay for early arrivals (hourly), late departures (hourly), extensions, excursions, and more. In our app you will find your Check In instructions and you will also have your access codes one hour before the usual check-in time.



The Area:

Recoleta is a residential area known for being one of the most exclusive and elegant areas of the city, and for its wide tree-lined streets, historic mansions, and green spaces. In it is the famous Botanical Garden and the Galileo Galilei Planetarium.

In addition, Recoleta is surrounded by other interesting areas such as Palermo Soho and Palermo Hollywood, which are famous for their nightlife, designer shops, bars and restaurants.

Getting Around:

Recoleta offers several transport options for travellers to and from the Ezeiza and Jorge Newbery Airports, as well as several bus lines and subways close to the property.

For transport to and from the Buenos Aires airports, guests can arrange a private transfer through MOT, take a taxi, or rent a car. Private transfers provide a hassle-free option, while taxis are readily available outside the airport. Renting a car is also an option, with several rental agencies located at the airport.

Other Things to Note:

Our guests can request an early check-in or a late check-out, paying an additional half day, with check-in at 10:00 or check-out at 16:00 (if there is availability). If you wish to check in before 10:00 AM, or stay beyond 4:00 PM, you will need to add a full day to your stay (if available). We can also store your luggage for a few hours in the event that you do not wish to pay an additional fee or there is no availability.
