Buenos Aires vacation

Everything at the Dazzler was terrific except for staff member Julio who was amazing. He helped make our trip extremely enjoyable by assisting us in our bookings, trips around town, and general information. Julio is very personable and friendly and a real asset to the hotel.

El hotel necesita mantenimiento en las habitaciones. El aire acondicionado es muy viejo y hace mucho ruido, y algunas tablas del piso estaban levantadas. El colchón se hundía en algunas partes, lo que hizo la estadía menos cómoda. El desayuno es pobre, con poca variedad y productos de calidad media-baja, y la zona donde se sirve no resulta cómoda. La relación precio-calidad no me pareció buena. Los chicos que están en recepción son amables y, cuando solicité un late check-out, me lo concedieron.

El hotel necesita una remodelación hace 10 años. El piso de las habitaciones esta en mal estado. Los muebles son escasos y muy viejos. Las almohadas son de muy baja calidad. Los baños son incomodos, no hay donde colgar las toallas ni ubicar los elementos de aseo personal. La tapa del asiento sanitario es en madera….
