A nice hotel in the Palermo district. Breakfast buffet is very nice. Front desk staff were unaware of the Expedia VIP perk, but then offered a nice fruit basket.

Super friendly and helpful staff. We loved the neighborhood and the buffet breakfast on the roof terrace. The huge bed was really comfortable. The lobby area could do with some design attention but otherwise a great stay in a great location.

The hotel charges everything, including small bottled water. The breakfast time is late ( at 7 am local ) and around 9 - 915 am the hotel employees assigned at the eating space usualky start to pick up foods and beverages. The 2 elevators must need an urgent maintenance because of the qeird metalic sou ds they make when you use them. The check out is at 10 am, too early and if you need to stay longer after 10 am before noon, You should request that “favor”. Not fitness inside the hotel and you could get an inivitaiom card for the gym outside but open after 7 am Overall: very unfair cost - quality and NOT recommended

Great stay in the best location!

Outstanding service and great location! We stayed three times during our trip and we always loved to come back. Rooms are pretty different. It makes sense to get a more spacious corner room when staying longer.... The reception staff was super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good with all you would probably need.

The hotel was fun to stay at, and I appreciated all the help like calling taxis. I loved the neighborhood, a good feeling and great steakhouses very close by. I am more comfortable in a location like this than a hotel for triple the cost that is in a high rise downtown. The people in the lobby spoke English very well and were not just helpful, but pleasant to deal with.

I never understand why a hotel like this doesn't care about having a lobby. There is nothing there. The rooms in this hotel are decent and have a good size. Breakfast is included and fine. Location is good in Palermo. I would say it's a good 3 star hotel.

The Dazzler on Humboldt Street.

The hotel was excellent for a small hotel. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Our room was huge. Just beware there are 3 Dazzlers in Palermo. My brother and I booked separate Dazzlers not realizing there were more. The area surrounding our hotel had a few places to eat. The steak house at the corner of the street was excellent in all ways. I was coming from a small town in USA and did not feel completely safe in the area at night. We did uber everywhere which is a very inexpensive way to get around.

It didn’t have any space in the bathroom. No cabinets to put anything in or counter space to place on. There wasn’t a hook to hang anything on not even for a used towel. Although the room was large there wasn’t any dresser to put cloths in. The lobby was in need of at least a fresh coat of paint if not a complete upgrade. On a positive note the breakfast was very good.

The service is awful on this property. People seem to have an attitude, a condescending one. One person who was so welcoming was Tomas Divita who helped us set up our SIM cards and helped with getting appointments for services. He truly is the HEART of this hotel. I hope someone will recognize the hard work he is doing in this place. Hope the rest of the staff will follow his example of providing superior customer service. Also, have enough towels so guests don’t call everyday asking for fresh dry ones. The hotel staff made a big deal the last day of our stay about towels. It felt like we were in a motel not hotel. The breakfast is very bad as well. For sure not a 4 star one.
